Ok I know I've really been sucking it up with the posts lately. So I've decided to let everyone know what's been going on in my life.
*I work almost every day at Ruby Tuesday... I really like my job, though! I've been making pretty good money, but I spend it almost as soon as I get it! But I don't even spend it on fun stuff most of the time...it all goes to BILLS!!! ugh! I have been working at the middle school some too, but not that much, however, I do work this Friday!
*I've really been trying to make my house "home-y". I've gotten a lot of pictures hung up and candles put out. I've also gotten a few things for my bathroom that makes it look not so....scary. I also got a big floor rug and it's a lot more organized.
*Stephanie and Kari came to visit me! They came last Friday night and
I LOVED IT!! It was really great to see both of them and catch up. We mostly ate the whole time they were here. We went to Gene's Root Beer Stand, The Real Hacienda, and Pizza King...it was wonderful! I wish Shan and Emily could have been there too! Then it would have been like the Fab 5 all over again!! (execpt we replaced Christy with Stephanie because she is WAY better! :)
*I am smack in the middle of my Finals. They are lasting two weeks instead of one this semester. It's kinda good, but I would rather just be really stressed for one week than to be overwhelmed and depressed for two weeks! And not only is it my finals, but one of my professors decided to make all of our assignments for the whole year due this week too! And everyone knows that I didn't start any of them until this week!
*I am going back to San Diego next weekend! I am very excited! I miss Jordan so much and this is getting harder. He is scheduled to come home for the whole month of July which is
AMAZING! But then he heads to Iraq in October. I do not like that at all, but he is actually looking forward to getting to use all of the skills that he has learned in all of this training he's been going through. I will need many prayers from all of you when that time comes...just a head's up!
*I have been trying to lose weight since I'm fatter now than I have ever been! I go to this park down the road from my house and walk around and sometimes jog. I have been trying to do push-ups and stuff at home but I just hate exercise. I have also been trying to eat better but I think I may be addicted to ice cream..which isn't working out too well. I also tried to join the Glamour work out site, but I don't think I've looked at it since the day I joined. I need some serious encouragement and helpful hints!
*I have also been trying to sell things on E-bay. I'm not having a lot of luck yet, but I just started this week. So far, I have one bid for $0.99. haha Hopefully that will take off soon. I really need the money! And I am going to help clean out my mom's house this way! :)
I am going to try to post up some pictures and start my Ten on Tuesday again soon. I miss you all and I'm going to start viewing and commenting on your blogs, as well, because I really miss it!! Hope everyone is doing well and I'll talk to you soon! :)
